1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing credits or using any service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information at registration, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity performed under your account.

3. Credits

• Credits are prepaid units used to run AI services. 1 credit = €0.10 (converted to the currency shown at checkout at the current rate).
• Minimum first purchase is 50 credits.
• Each service has a fixed credit cost (minimum 200 credits) displayed before you run it.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value once purchased.
• Credits do not expire while the account is active.

4. Payment

Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method. Full bank details are emailed after checkout. Credits are added once the payment is received and reconciled.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance whenever possible.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may lead to suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, subject to third-party model terms, of the outputs generated for you. We retain all rights to the platform, brand and underlying technology.

8. Disclaimer

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
