1. Prohibited content

• Illegal content, including sexual content involving minors, content promoting terrorism or human trafficking.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, trade secrets or privacy of others.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real individuals.
• Content designed to defame, harass or discriminate against a person or group.

2. Prohibited behaviour

• Attempting to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Bypassing rate limits, credit metering or safety filters.
• Using outputs to build a competing service that mirrors ours.
• Automated scraping of the Knowledge Base beyond reasonable use.

3. High-risk use cases

Our services are not designed for use as the sole basis of decisions in medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or life-impacting contexts. If you use outputs in such contexts, a qualified human must review them.

4. Security

Do not upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities or probe the platform without prior written permission. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected].

5. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this AUP, email [email protected] with as much detail as possible.

6. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this AUP. Serious or repeat violations lead to immediate termination without refund and, when relevant, referral to authorities.
