Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when a purchase of credits may be refunded and how to submit a request.

1. Scope
This policy covers credit packs purchased from Rfox AI. Because credits are a prepaid digital service, refunds are handled under the rules below.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after payment, provided you have not yet spent any credits. Once any credit has been consumed, the digital service is considered delivered and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
3. Unused credit balances
Unspent credits from a purchase can be refunded pro-rata within 30 days of the payment. Beyond 30 days, unspent credits remain available in your account but are non-refundable.
4. Non-refundable cases
- Credits already consumed by running a service.
- Suspensions caused by a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms.
- Dissatisfaction with the quality of AI-generated content when the service ran as intended (AI outputs are probabilistic).
5. Failed or incorrect payments
If a bank transfer arrives after the invoice has expired or with an incorrect amount, we will contact you and either credit the corresponding amount or refund the payment to the originating account.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with your order reference. We answer within 5 business days and, when a refund is approved, process it within 14 days to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues are resolved directly and faster.
